These Child Safety Standards apply specifically to Lwgwri, a dating application operated by SerjaSoft Solutions.

Lwgwri is committed to maintaining a safe environment for adults and has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Lwgwri strictly prohibits any content, account, communication, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, or endangers children.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on Lwgwri.

Lwgwri is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older.

Lwgwri does not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create or maintain dating accounts.

If we identify or receive a credible report that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may take appropriate enforcement action, including restricting or terminating the account.

Lwgwri prohibits the upload, creation, request, possession, sharing, distribution, promotion, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Accounts involved in prohibited child sexual exploitation or CSAM activity may be immediately restricted or terminated, subject to applicable law and our investigation procedures.

4. Grooming and Sexual Exploitation

Lwgwri prohibits grooming and other behavior intended to establish trust or communication with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.

Attempts to move a child to another platform for sexual exploitation, request sexual images from a child, or arrange sexual activity involving a child are prohibited.

Report suspicious or unsafe activity.

Users should report accounts, messages, images, or other content that they believe may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or other child-safety concerns.

Reports may be submitted through the reporting functionality available in the Lwgwri application or by contacting our safety team.

6. How to Report

If you encounter suspected child exploitation, prohibited content, or another child-safety concern, please report it as soon as possible.

SerjaSoft Solutions may cooperate with law enforcement, child-safety organizations, and other appropriate authorities when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We may preserve or disclose relevant information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address suspected child exploitation, abuse, or other serious safety concerns.
